Kimberly began practicing bankruptcy in 2009 with a veteran bankruptcy attorney. She worked in his firm for twelve years filing consumer and business bankruptcies, suing mortgage companies, defending lawsuits, and settling debts. In 2021, Kimberly opened her own practice.
She received her J.D. from St. Mary’s Law School in 2004 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.
