Nuala Doyle is a partner at BSP, a Luxembourg full-service business law firm. Nuala works on broad range of banking & finance and capital markets matters. Her financing practice focuses particularly on fund financing and debt restructuring. On the capital markets side, Nuala has extensive experience in debt & equity capital markets, advising issuers on private placements, public offerings, exchange offers and the listing/admission to trading on both the regulated market and Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Nuala is Chairperson of the Legal and Regulatory Watch working group at the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association.
