Professional Bio:

An accomplished banking and finance lawyer with nearly two decades of experience, Nuala Doyle has a strong background in capital markets and structured finance. While her early career focused on securitisation and debt capital markets, her practice has evolved alongside the market. Today, she is heavily focused on fund financing and debt restructuring.

Nuala also continues to lead her firm's capital markets practice and advises issuers on a range of matters, from private placements and public offerings to regulatory compliance.

She serves as co-chairperson of the Legal & Regulatory Watch working group of the LuxCMA (Luxembourg Capital Markets Association) and, as a steering committee member for IWIRC Europe.
