Sandra has been practicing for over 20 years. She has built up a strong experience with clients including international companies (mainly mid and large-cap companies), entrepreneurs, investors or financial institutions in their corporate, financing, structuring or restructuring (carve-out, special situations, distress M&A), out-of-court work-out, insolvency and liquidation proceedings operations, and related dispute resolution and litigation. She has significant experience in multinational transactions and litigations, mainly in the industrial, retail, construction and infrastructure, technology and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications: Lawyer at the Paris and New York Bars, LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, Diploma di Ricerca Dirito Europeo from the University of Bologna and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (DEA, DESS).
