Professional Bio:

I am a cross-border restructuring lawyer based in Dublin and qualified to practice in Ireland, the US, England and the BVI.  I represent debtors, creditors and equity holders in large complex restructurings, with an emphasis on cross-border cases.  I am co-chair of the IWIRC Europe Network and participate in UNCITRAL Working Group V (insolvency) meetings as head of the CERIL delegation.
