Michael C. Barber is an associate attorney at Robinson+Cole's Philadelphia Office. His diverse legal background and judicial clerkship experience have allowed him to work on complex matters involving official creditor's committees, attorney sanctions, and avoidance and dischargeability actions.
Michael is a 2021 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and former term clerk for the Hon. Ashely M. Chan, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before acquiring his legal education, Michael held various leadership roles with several nonprofit organizations, a statewide labor union, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
