Professional Bio:

Jenna has over ten years experience in insolvency and restructuring. Jenna has had exposure to a number of different insolvency regimes and different types of restructuring work, partly as a result of having lived and worked in a number of different countries including Australia, England, Grand Cayman and now Hong Kong. Jenna has worked on a number of high profile and multi-jurisdictional insolvencies including Saad Investments Company Limited, Lehman Brothers Limited, MG Rover Limited and Zegna III Holdings Inc. Jenna attended Monash University in Australia, is an Australian CPA, has completed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency in the UK, the Insolvency Education Program in Australia and has a CIMA diploma in Islamic Finance. Jenna is also experienced in the use and application of e-discovery software and has some exposure to the use of business intelligence tools.
