On 24 May 2017, the IWIRC Hong Kong Network hosted a Wine and Cheese Pairing Workshop conducted in Cantonese. The event was held at PwC's offices and 30 participants from various law and accountancy firms came together to enjoy a lovely Wednesday evening.

A speaker from a wine academy shared some tips and tricks for matching wines and cheeses and the participants were invited to try out on their own - who knew that blue cheese could go so well with Sauternes!
