IWIRC-NJ, in conjunction with the Mercer County Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association, held two CLE discussions on Small Business and Individual Chapter 11 Filings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
The South Jersey panel was held on March 6, 2019 at Stark & Stark in Lawrenceville, NJ. The distinguished panel included the Honorable Jerrold N. Poslusny, U.S.B.J., Karina Lucid, Esq., Jeanne Naughton, Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, and Ross Switkes, Esq. and Tara Schellhorn, Esq. as the moderators. There were approximately 30 people in attendance. The North Jersey CLE panel was held on March 13, 2019 at K&L Gates in Newark, NJ. The distinguished panel included the Honorable John K. Sherwood, U.S.B.J., Morris S. Bauer, Esq., Jeanne Naughton, Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, and Sari B. Placona, Esq. as the moderator. There were approximately 50 people in attendance.
