IWIRC Southern Africa Network's board, with the support of IWIRC's board, have taken a decision to be joined a Amicus Curiae (friend of the court) should leave to appeal be granted. A letter has been addressed to the judge hearing the application for leave to appeal. That application will be heard on 30 October 2023.
