Leave to appeal has been granted, with the Court commenting on the contribution that other interest parties (such as IWIRC) may make on appeal. It is therefore unsurprising that all the parties cited in this case has consented to IWIRC Southern Africa Network NPC being joined as amicus curiae to the appeal.
