Professional Bio:

Clare is a partner in the ligation and dispute resolution practice group at K&L Gates LLP.  Clare acts on a range of cross-border and domestic commercial disputes with a particular focus on insolvency related matters.  Clare acts for creditors, officeholders, debtors, directors and other stakeholders in contentious insolvency situations cases involving fraud.   

Clare has been an IWIRC member since the London Network was founded and is a former London Network events co-chair and current sponsorship co-chair.
