Professional Bio:

I am a partner in Squire Patton Boggs' Restructuring & Insolvency team in London.

My practice includes cross border situations across a variety of sectors including project finance, retail, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. I also act for turnaround directors, and directors of distressed companies more generally, financial institutions, creditors and distressed companies in connection with restructuring defaulting facilities, administrations, liquidations and receiverships. I also advise on the enforcement of security and regularly act for administrators, liquidators and receivers in connection with their appointment and on-going advice during the course of the insolvency.

I have been a member of IWIRC London since its establishment in 2018 and for the past several years have been co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee.
