Professional Bio:

 Tessa is a partner in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice in London. She has experience in all areas of contentious insolvency work. She also has significant experience in restructuring and non-contentious insolvency work. Tessa has advised the UK Government, financial institutions, Insolvency Practitioners, directors, corporate debtors and other creditors on contentious and non contentious issues, domestically and in respect of cross border matters. Her sector experience includes construction, real estate, energy, telecommunications, utilities rail and retail.
