Professional Bio:

I have over 20 years of professional experience in restructuring and insolvency. I am a licenced insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant. I specialise in contingency planning, insolvency implementation and insolvency outcome analysis/entity priority models.

My experience includes many cross-border situations such as COMI shift administrations, appointments over UK holding companies of international groups and use of international insolvency frameworks in a number of jurisdictions. My appointment-taking experience spans a wide range including trading administrations, pre-packaged sales, receiverships over shares and other assets, CVA nominee/supervisor roles and liquidations.

Leveraging the insolvency processes as a tool to achieve value maximising outcomes, I undertake contingency planning, transaction structuring and insolvency outcome analysis to work towards solutions which preserve value. This work includes leading Entity Priority Model analysis in respect of complex international groups on the relevant alternative in support of Schemes of Arrangement or Restructuring Plans.

I joined FTI Consulting in 2008, having previously worked within the restructuring teams at EY and Andersen. I am chartered accountant, a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
