Professional Bio:

Pippa is an Partner in the London Restructuring team of DLA Piper (UK) LLP, with over 15 years working for a variety of stakeholders including banks/lenders, regulators, insolvency practitioners/FAs, companies and boards, and pension trustees.

With experience in both non-contentious and contentious insolvency matters, Pippa has developed a particular focus on cross border restructuring transactions, particularly those with a pensions angle.  She has recently worked with many European jurisdictions, as well as the US and Canada, Middle East and India. In domestic matters, Pippa has extensive expertise in the public sector, regularly advising Government departments and agencies,  financial services and the healthcare sector, focussing on adult social care. 

Alongside her role in the Restructuring team, Pippa also chairs one of DLA Piper's diversity networks, PACT, focussing on families and carers.
