I am a Senior Associate in Squire Patton Boggs’ Restructuring & Insolvency Group.

My experience extends to a wide variety of commercial sectors including, retail, leisure, energy and natural resources, project finance, and real estate, and includes advising office holders, turnaround directors, financial institutions, creditors, and distressed companies on formal insolvency procedures including, administration, liquidation and receivership, as well as advising both lenders and borrowers in relation to the restructuring and refinancing of distressed facilities.
