Professional Bio:

I am a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team of RSM based in London. I have three years of experience in restructuring which allowed me to get exposure to various types of formal insolvency procedures and out of court restructurings including, trading and pre-packaged administrations, liquidations, and receiverships all with a view to realise the best value for stakeholders.

Over the years, I have had exposure across a range of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, construction, retail, hospitality/leisure, telecommunications and property management services. 

I have dealt with the Special Administration of an online FCA regulated bank that provided brokerage services to individuals and corporate clients. I have also been the lead executive in the trading Administration of an FCA regulated company and played a key role in the ongoing trading by overseeing day to day operations. 

During my time in RSM I have been seconded internally to the Corporate Finance – Due Diligence team and worked on buy side and sell side projects providing an in-depth analysis of underlying historic performance, cash flows, assets and liabilities to enable the success of an acquisition.

I am ACA qualified and hold a MSc in Accounting and Management from Queen Mary University of London.

I am currently a member of the IWIRC London membership committee.
