13:30-14:00: Chairs' Opening Remarks and Key Note SpeakerTina Fordham, Partner & Head of Global Political Strategy at Avonhurst, is our esteemed key note speaker. Tina's session 'Building Back Better, or Back to the Drawing Board?' looks at what the pandemic crisis will mean for the global political, socio-economic and investment outlook.

14:00-14:45: The restructuring landscape - looking beyond the pandemic: In this panel of sell-side and buy-side investors and advisors, panelists will  discuss their views on the micro and macro-economic issues which may have implications on restructuring activity, with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions. This session will be moderated by Mario Oliviero (Managing Director, International Credit, Reorg). This panel is kindly sponsored by Dechert LLP. 

15:00-16:15: Leadership and resilience in times of crisis (including breakout sessions): Interactive session with Alison Temperley (ATD Consultants). Alison works internationally with individual executives, teams and organisations. Her work ranges from executive and team coaching to facilitation and organisational development work. Alison's range of clients is broad, she works with large international legal, consulting and accountancy firms, global banks and companies. This panel is kindly sponsored by Alvarez & Marsal. 

16:30-17:15: International restructurings - a view from the UK judiciary:In this session, the panelists will explore the role of the English courts in cross border restructurings. Panellists are: Mr Justice Zacaroli, ICC Judge Burton and Deputy ICC Judge Raquel Agnello QC. The session will be moderated by Emma Gateaud (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer).
